Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies used by us are “session cookies”. They are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website.

You can activate your browser settings so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases; exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or generally, and you can activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. The functionality of this website may be restricted when cookies are deactivated.

Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping basket function), are stored on the basis of Section 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of his services. When other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your surfing behaviour) are stored, these will be handled separately in this data privacy statement.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not combined with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Section 6 Par. 1 letter f GDPR, and the processing serves our legitimate interest in the technical administration and security of the website. The stored data will be deleted after seven days, unless there is a justified suspicion of illegal use that is based on concrete evidence and the further examination and processing of the information is necessary for this reason.

Contact form

When you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, which also include the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Therefore, the data entered in the contact form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Section 6 Par. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. This only requires you to send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing transactions carried out until such time as we received the revocation of this permission remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or until such time as the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that this is necessary for establishing or designing the content, or for changing the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Section 6, Par. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
